TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All classes will automatically be cancelled in where the PSI figures are above 100 (Unhealthy category).
In the case of moderate to heavy rain we will inform you 1 hour prior to class if a session will be cancelled via SMS or email (for outdoor venues only). We will endeavor to arrange two make-up class per term in these cases, at Sport4Kids operated venues only.
Make-up class policy
If your child is unable to attend class for any reason we require 12 hours notice via email or phone. At Sport4Kids operated venues two make-up class can be arranged per term – a list of alternative days/times will be provided upon request, and these may not be at the same venue as the original class.
In the case of privately run venues, including members only clubs and complexes, make-up classes are held at the discretion of the venue. All make-up classes must be applied within the same term, and cannot be carried over.
Make-up classes do not carry over to the next term and no credit is available for classes missed.
Refunds will only be given in special unforeseen circumstances.
All payments must be received prior to, or on the first day of term, in the form of cheque (clearly labeled with the child’s name and a contact phone number), bank transfer or Cash.
We are only able to take bookings for a full-term and cannot pro-rata individual classes. Our term length varies from venue to venue, and term to term.
We require the presence of a parent/guardian throughout class for students younger than 3 years old. Parental accompaniment is not required for children aged 3+ years. However we do recommend parents be present for the first few times children start a new class/sport.
Our coaches take photos of our students from time to time for sharing with parents and for potential promotional usage, which may include our website, Facebook page and flyers. If you object to a photo of your child being taken please inform us in writing by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is the responsibility of all parents/guardians to ensure their children are dressed in proper sports attire for each class. We encourage everyone to purchase a Sport4Kids kit when their child joins our programme for the first time—this includes our recommended light-weight, sweat-resistant t-shirt and shorts. Sports shoes with socks are also required. Our starter pack can be purchased anytime by emailing us.
